To solve Logitech mic problem follow below

• First try re-plugging the device
• Check if it's working with other device
• Check if Mute button in turned off in USB Dongle
• If you have done all the possible solutions and still your mic doesn't work follow the below steps carefully
• Go to Control Panel > Sound > Right Click >Tick Show Disabled Devices and then Right Click Microphone >Enable
• Again Right Click and Select Set as Default Device
• If this doesn't work update the audio driver from your manufactures website.We listed below few manufactures site to download Audio driver
